Job Description

Responsibilities
Identify and recruit physician candidates across the US using various sourcing methods
Source/Screen as well as engage with active and passive candidates
Ensure that Client requirements and company goals are met with quality outcomes
Maintain applicant tracking system reflecting documentation of daily tracking
Skills and Experience
BS/BA preferred
1+ year of recruiting and sourcing experience; physician or healthcare specific experience preferred
Strong customer service orientation, positive attitude, highly self-motivated and change oriented
Patience and ability to excel under pressure, handling multiple requests with tight deadlines
