Summary:
The team is responsible for developing end to end Platform and OEM Application Integration services for SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Data Warehouse Cloud. They comprise of services for key components such as Commenting and Collaboration, Translation, Notifications, Message Delivery, Scheduling and Publication, Analytics Content Network and Data Marketplace.
We are looking for a candidate who is a creative problem solver, eager to learn, resourceful in getting things done and who can be productive working both independently and collaboratively.
Role:
- Design, develop and test usable software in close collaboration with the product owner and scrum team.
- Work on problems of complex scope through general usage of standard programming concepts and principles and application of own judgment.
- Have a logical approach to problem solving and the ability to respond to detailed queries.
- Build domain knowledge and technical/proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise.
- Work as a fully contributing team member with independent planning & execution responsibilities.
- Quickly acquire proficient development skills in new areas and technologies in alignment with the team's priorities
- Develop features end-to-end; on both microservices and enhancements to the front end development
- Take ownership of feature delivery and ensure holistic completion of all activities in the development cycle
- Support customer escalations if required
- Foster the culture of innovation in day to day work w.r.t product, process, developer efficiency etc.
- Communicate proactively on risk of delivery/support required from all the stakeholders
- Perform extensive dev testing for the features that you develop
- Ensure all sign-off criteria (quality, Ux, performance, etc.) are met before completion of development
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 3-8 years
- Master s or Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or Technology, majoring in Computer Science, Electronics or Information Technology/Science or Master s degree in Computer Applications from a reputed Institute.
- Sound knowledge in Object Oriented Programming Principles and Design Patterns
- Experience and proficiency in nodejs is mandatory
- Working knowledge of Rest Web Services is preferred
- Knowledge of SAPUI5 and xsjs is also an advantage
- Knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, client-side technology and database concepts would be an advantage
- Experience of working on Cloud software development would be an advantage
- Ability and eagerness to learn and explore new topics independently
- Ability to work with the team in the design and development aspects for the Product.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong desire to work in high performing team
