Project Manager Civil @ Emerson

1.Need to supervise construction site personnel and subcontractors, attend weekly project progress meetings, and monitor compliance with Site safety and regulations.
2.Co-ordinate with Chief Engineer for site related issues regarding resources and drawings, materials etc.
3.Develop the management structure, define responsibilities, lines of communication, reporting and authorization procedures between the parties until completion of the Project and communicate these to every party.
4.Project Manager is responsible to handle the construction activities on the site and Manage timely completion of the same
5.He should be detail-oriented, have strong commitment, and be a team leader.
6.Responsible for negotiating the contracts of subcontractors,
7.Need to be involved in the areas of pre-planning, budgeting, resource allocation, monitoring progress, and worker coordination.
8.Good knowledge of Billing is must
9.Good knowledge of Microsoft office, ERP & AutoCAD

Desired Candidate Profile :
*Project Planning and Management
*Knowledge and Understanding of Civil Construction, Structures, IS Codes and Finishes
*Knowledge and Understanding of local bye laws and compliances
*Well-versed with all IS/International codes
*Knowledge of AutoCAD & MSP / Primavera
*Good presentation and communication

Preferable :
PMP Certificate/Project Management Certificate from NICMAR Quality Assurances and Safety Certification
Knowledge of relevant MEP areas.

Experience : 8+ yrs

Location : Pune (Ready to relocate as per project)
