Job Description

Understanding business requirements, client processes and mapping the processes of the client in ERP, deploying coordinating with client team.

Creating and documenting specifications for changes.

Data configuration and management.

User training and users support for ERPbyNet

Desired Skills:

-Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).

-Exposure to processes in manufacturing/engineering/ sales/ service/finance domains will be desirable.

-Experience of using/implementing at least one module of some ERP is desired.

-Knowledge and ability to produce high quality content, based on customer requirements.

-Experience of handling customer communication shall be an added advantage.

-Willingness to travel on project assignments and work at client locations for the duration of projects
