Key Areas and Responsibilities
Partnering with the global authoring teams as they start to populate content, providing guidance and instruction as necessary. Ensure that Methods/Approaches/Frameworks are developed in a way that is aligned with defined architecture
Collaborating with the global authoring team to ensure methods are tightly integrated with each other and cross leverage relevant assets
Understanding and documenting business requirements and performing analysis on the Method pages in order to find-out meaningful insights
Create, design & maintain Methods pages on Global Content/ Knowledge and Collaboration platform/ tool (Atlassian Confluence)
Developing and maintaining SharePoint site for document library
Stakeholder Management A key part of the role is keeping stakeholders engaged and up-to-date with progress and content, while also remaining true to the program goals and vision. This role will require regular touch-points with stakeholders.
Manage and resolve on-going queries from various stakeholder groups / content SMEs on usage of the product
Reviewing and updating content and/or collateral to ensure they meet guidelines for addition into methods
Working with global authoring teams to harvest content and/or collateral from project teams and adding to project templates per guidelines
Other Responsibilities:
Liaison with other super products leads (Insights, Communities, Project Delivery) to ensure methods are rightly integrated
Co-ordinate with other KGS teams (like Financial Services, People & Change, CIO-A etc.) to embed methods in their sales pursuits/ engagement delivery
Required
Education / professional qualifications
Post graduate qualification (MBA or equivalent professional qualification)
Prior Experience:
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the field of content/ knowledge management, delivering professional services in a Research/Consulting/Advisory discipline, preferably from a reputed Consulting, Big 4, or related professional services firms
Technical Skills required:
Content/ Knowledge management work-stream
Knowledge of content management systems, and/or technology tools that support knowledge management (for example, Confluence and JIRA) will be an added advantage
Strong analytical skills and consultative approach / mind set should be able to analyze the content / information and establish right connects / correlation and present the findings in client ready format with Executive summary
Working knowledge of MS Office tools especially MS Excel, Word, PPT and Visio
Good communication & stakeholder management skills
Self-starter, disciplined and multi-tasker
Good understanding of business / technology transformation engagement ecosystem (strategy through execution). For example, Strategy, Target Operating Model, Technology/ERP Implementations will be helpful
