Job Description
CC&B Admin
- Must have at least one CC&B implementation experience with end-to-end implementation experience.
- Knowledge of the methods, tools and techniques used to evaluate, select, develop, test, implement, integrate and troubleshoot systems software and hardware of all types
- Ability to install configuration, deployment upgrading, patching, system monitoring, performance analysis and tuning of Oracle CC&B v2.5 or C2M
- Strong knowledge of JVM and Oracle Weblogic clustering
- Strong knowledge Oracle CC&B architecture and configuration
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues and problems for CC&B application with appropriate monitoring
- Solid Oracle 12c database knowledge including backup/recovery, exports, maintenance, monitoring and support team activities
- Experience with SQL statements tuning
- Strong UNIX scripting skills
- Ability to coordinate with appropriate teams to fully support the CC&B implementation
- Very good Written and Oral Communications Skills.
CC&B Testing
Required At-least 5 years hands on experience in Utilities and CC&B /MDM application testing.
Excellent communication and working experience with customer groups and functional SME's
Automation Tool working knowledge of Oracle Utilities Test Accelerator(OUTA)
Good Experience in Oracle MDM, DB/ETL testing, Performance Testing.
Good experience in translating functional requirements to testing scenarios
Must have good hands-on in Test case creation, execution, data preparation.
Working knowledge of Functional testing, System testing, Integration testing and Regression Testing of Web based applications.
Good experience in using Test Management tools like - JIRA etc.
Experience or Certified in Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) is preferable
