Roles and Responsibilities:
Channel Marketing Drives (60%)
Dynamic approach towards developing effective marketing strategies.
Develop, execute and communicate organisational initiatives/projects to employees and all stakeholders as per suggested timelines & activities. (via SMS, Emails, Whatsapp, Other possible modes).
Regulatory + IRDA filing of all communication & creatives.
Responsible for sourcing until delivery of promotional collateral's for employees and partners.
Driving of contests, enablers, strategy and organization objectives.
Sales - Projects & Management (40%)
Drive Enablers & Projects with utmost efficiency of a given project. (formulating to driving to reporting).
Create and give presentations as and when required.
Support line managers by being SPOC (single point of contact) for development of new MIS and regular MIS analysis and SPOC for HO on field MIS and for generating content for internal Communications
