Hi All,
We have an opening with one of the Leading Electrical Engineering Company in Navi Mumbai location.
Designation - Sr.Executive / Manager - Strategic Role
Educational Qualification: B. E. / B. Tech - Production + MBA Operations / Marketing/Strategy from
good institutes
Experience: 2-3 years of work experience. Should be expert in Excel and presentation skill.
Location - Belapur (Navi Mumbai)
Job Context And Purpose:
- He / she is expected to support and help in variety of strategic efforts inclusive of playing a pivotal
- role in building annual/long-term strategic plans.
- Bringing latest thought on emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, viability of
- outside business partners, and internal business process improvement.
Business Strategy:
- Ability to formulate strategy, collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders, and leads
- cross-functional teams in the development of business-wide operational strategies.
- Establishes and reviews key strategic priorities and translates them into actionable and quantitative
- plans.
- Alongside the senior strategy management, the person supports the strategic planning process to
- ensure that this process is timely, focused, and value adding.
- Plays an active role to conduct organizational reviews leading to identification of strengths and
- weaknesses and to evaluate operational effectiveness
- Establishes long-term organizational objectives and develops strategies to achieve these objectives.
- Applies various strategic frameworks and performs mathematical and statistical analyses of
- financial, economic, managerial and operational data to assist in planning and decision making
- Prepares written materials such as Business cases, justifications, MIS and presentations for formal /
- informal briefings, Reviews and updates
- Works with / without the managerial direction from the level above for drafting and implementing the
- strategic plan for the organization.
Skill Sets:
- Strong strategic and analytical orientation coupled with exceptional networking & assertive communication skills as well as a highly developed collaborative nature.
- Scope Of Decision Making
- Functions independently within defined strategic framework to deliver assignments on time
- Take initiative in working with various cross functional teams to garner the required support for effective execution of marketing assignments.
Responsibilities:
- The role entails primarily asset management, business planning and internal strategic consulting for business transformation and optimization.

Skills Requirement:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and business acumen
- Sound understanding of financial modelling
- Strong leadership and people management skills to be able to drive cross functional assignments and decisions
