Designation: Technical Team Lead (D&A)
Profile:
- Coordinate development activities for a application development team, which is responsible to develop IoT, connectivity and other related solutions.
- Act as a technical leader for the team, proposing architectural concepts & approach, designing and developing solutions, offering guidance, direction and advice for the team, always striving for excellence.
- Develop the skills and competencies within the team, define the individual goals, establish learning plans, organize trainings, evaluate employees, coach and motivate team members.
- Organize activities, delegate tasks, balance workload, set and track targets, define and meet KPIs on time, quality and cost.
Experience:
- Mandatory skills: Programming: Hands on coding work experience in NodeJS, ReactJS, Python, C / C++, strong
- fundamentals on OOPS concepts.
- Experience with Edge programming and related concepts
- Experience with working on PLC/ SCADA
- Experience with OpenStack software platform
- Experience with Industrial Controls
- Experience with agile methodology of Development Lifecycle
- Experience with MQTT, DDS, OPC-UA, and REST Protocols
- Experience working with resources from Azure cloud platform
- Handling of data using SQL and NoSQL database
- Experience in visualization tools like PowerBI / Tableau
- Familiar with various structured and unstructured data formats (XML, JSON, CSV, etc.)
