Basic Function
- Build client-ready visualization dashboards using tools like Tableau with some support from senior team members
- Support product development and delivery of new and existing instruments to subscription customers
- Analyze the data using tools like Alteryx
- Design and execute new benchmarking survey instruments, including assessing data needs and designing the primary research surveys and sample specification
- Work experience: Total 6-8 years software development experience with min 3-5 years of experience in areas related to digital analytics, hands-on experience in managing end-to-end customer surveys, data analysis and visualizations

Skills
Technical Skills
- Min 3 years of in-depth experience with working on Tableau and Alteryx
- Knowledge in Python, R, SQL is a plus
- Experience explaining and performing a variety of statistical and data mining techniques (ETL)
Process Specific Skills
- Having worked in a similar job in an IT company .
- Worked in an ISO 9001:2000 or CMMi certified company.
- Willing to work in US/UK shifts
- Good understanding of Technology Trends
