Basic Function
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts and market.
- Good verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience as well as deliver clear and concise written documentation.
- Strong desire for exploring, evaluating and understanding new technologies.
- An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
- Work with developers and application owners to implement the change.
- Support go-live rollout, handover procedures and change control documents.
- Self-starter, ability to proactively push for clarity where ambiguity resides, such as proactively working with teams
- 6-8 years of development and implementation experience.
- At least 2 years of Hands-on development/architecture experience in Power Automate.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence.
- Experience in process documentation and analysis, PDD or SDDs, including specification of a system requirements for business processes.

Skills
Technical Skills
- 2 years of Hands-on development/architecture experience in Power Automate.
Process Specific Skills
- Having worked in a similar job in an IT company .
- Worked in an ISO 9001:2000 or CMMi certified company.
- Willing to work in US/UK shifts
- Good understanding of Technology Trends
Soft skills (Desired)
- Independent problem-solving, self-direction, self-motivated
- Should be able to work independently, with minimum supervision.
- A Strong business Process Orientation with sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
