Detailed Job Description:
1. Lead Generation
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a
product or service using scripts
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
2. Sales
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
3. Operations
Enter and update customer information in the database
Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Required Candidate profile
Should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to deliver
challenging targets in a tough environment.
Strong interpersonal, written, phone and verbal skills
Ability to develop customers from prospecting to closures
Must be able to work well with others as part of a team
Experience in an inbound/outbound environment preferred
Well-groomed and presentable
Real estate sales, Retail Insurance, BPO, Executive, customer care support.
