Job Description


Core Responsibilities:
  • Conducts business analysis involving complex business requirements and processes documents detailed requirements and related documentation
  • End to end Financial planning and budget monitoring by project
  • Conducts high-level business impact analysis to determine implementation approach, structure, scope, resource requirements, organizational impact and priorities
  • Defines business/systems requirements by facilitating user meetings, leveraging data and interviewing users, in the context of identifying trends and developing use cases to enable continuous improvement
  • Provides technical and business knowledge to COE Owners, Process Owner, Process Manager, PMO Management, project managers, clients keeps abreast of technological and competitive developments
  • Leads in business analysis project planning and management by documenting and maintaining plans, managing issue logs and preparing project documentation
  • Pro-actively analyze and dissect existing project plans - identifying issues, and build logical, well-structured project plans and maintaining their accuracy
  • Run meetings to obtain updates on project plan tasks and insuring quality updates are received from work stream owners
  • Identify, track and address issues/risks within a project and deliver status updates to program manager
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, escalating problems, publishing progress reports and dashboards, including providing executive level summaries to senior management
  • Ensures conversation documentation is maintained to consistently high standards across the conversion, including documentation of minutes of the meetings
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with different implementation teams across the business
  • Facilitate and perform reviews of the onboarding program to ensure key business needs are sufficiently met and that there is consistency across the program
  • Review project management process and making necessary recommendations and foster continuous improvement mindset across the department

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience working with various implementations and client on-boarding teams in investment banking domain
  • Experience with managing and completing Client On-boarding projects
  • Working experience of requirements gathering, project management tools administration & MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
  • PMP certified or equivalent project management certifications
  • Knowledge of Clarity, Jira & Confluence

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or equivalent experience and education
  • Experience & knowledge of Front to Back office operations will be added advantage
  • Great documentation and communication skills with ability to understand complex conversations and summarize for the target audience
