Job Description

Leading IT software company is looking for Account Mgr - B2B for Digital transformation projects

Work Location:- Mumbai

Qualification: MBA is Mandatory, BE + MBA is preferred.

Salary Budget:- 15L to 20Lpa

Will be handing 1 or max 2 account depending upon the size of the account

Portfolio size:- 3 to 5 million $ annually. Will grow these accounts 30% year on or year i.e., make this account to 10million in 3yrs time

Good in Client Relationship Management

Along with enterprise selling, will be focusing more on digital QA transformation projects. Hence must understand digital transformation projects.

Must have experience of working with Indian Banks i.e., Yes Bank / HDFC Bank / Kotak Bank.etc, selling IT software (mainly new edge technologies i.e., digital transformation projects)

Min 3yrs+ relevant experience into Account Management, out of Overall experience of 5 to 6yrs, sales experience.

Account Manager will spearhead relationship and engagement with major reference-able clients who are transforming digitally, being the top Private Sector Bank in India with Market Capitalization or working with Banks or FinTechs who are creating world class experience in India making major investments and transforming the way Banking Business works.

Ideal candidate should be interested in making the organization more productive, efficient, and most importantly customer-centric.

Account Manager main goal is to provide exceptional client experience, increase customer satisfaction & to drive to set long- and short-term goals and quotas, bring in new business, and own revenue and margin for the account. They also possess excellent planning and leadership abilities to work with delivery team and all account stakeholders. The goal is to ensure the company s retention of clientele and facilitate further growth. AM will be the lead point of contact for portfolio clients and will serve as the ultimate company representative.

The candidate will run the best of Account Management practices and also work with Senior Bank stake holder s as a consultant to solve business challenges, deriving more value out of the relationship and marching towards generating more accolades for Co, revenue growth & new solution creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare long-term and short-term goals and account objectives to run with the Account Management practice for Strategic Accounts.

2. Build trust and long-term relationships with clients, being viewed as consultant / partner to discuss the vision / plans well ahead of time. To ensure strong knowledge of clientele by mapping, interacting at various levels and various departments with superior customer service skills.

3. To run with various strategic initiatives in parallel, be organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules, own it and drive it along with Delivery Program and Project managers. Able to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions with various squads within the account team

4. Present trend to client and internal management stakeholders for sales, revenue, pipeline and other important initiatives. Present reports on account progress, quotas, and goals to senior leadership and stakeholders.

5. Keep apprised of latest concepts to be discussed and generate business value to client, co-creating of solutions with client by identifying unsaid needs.

6. Creating 3-5 years contract with rate negotiations, moving the annual contracts to long term contracts.

7. Customer satisfaction index (CSI) to be maintained as always green, intervention and driving any course corrections to ensure the CSI index is green

Skillsets:

1. Master degree in business, business administration, or related field along with BE / BTech

2. Four (4) years or more of relevant experience as an Account manager, or related title in the industry with overall experience of 5-7 Year in the Account Management.

3. Strong knowledge of clientele and superior customer service skills

4. Collaborates effectively with others to achieve goals and to drive results

5. Demonstrates accountability and commitment by making sound decisions

6. Ability to guide, lead and influence leadership team and key stakeholders

7. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. A great aptitude in building and maintaining customer relationships.
