Job Description
General Manager - Human Resources (Pharmaceutical Industry) - Would be based at Mumbai.
Should be Graduate with PG / MBA in HR with minimum 15 years experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
Would be responsible for :
Formulation and Implementation of HR Policies with major focus on Corporate as well as Salesforce Pan India ;
Alignment of HR processes including defining policies & processes as per requirement;
Prepare Annual Manpower plan with Sales Team & drive the recruitment process for quality hire ;
HR Induction program for Managers;
Drive End to end HR for employees (PAN India) and most importantly Salesforce HR operations ;
Management of Performance Appraisal System, Annual Increments, Compensation Models, Salary Revisions ;
Salary restructuring, salary rationalization, Process Improvements ;
Compensation & Benefits Management;
Business HR, Employee Cost Data and Analysis ;
Employee Benefits: Mediclaim policies renewal and negotiation - Group Mediclaim (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA), Employee Term Life (GTL) & Gratuity benefits as per Act. and Employees' Welfare Schemes ;
Attrition report, analysis on feedback on Managers view and take corrective actions;
Employee Connect, Employee Engagement and Grievance etc;
Talent Acquisition & Talent Management :
Management of End-to-End Recruitment cycle and Employee-Life-Cycle from entry to exit (On-boarding & Induction for New joinees etc) ;
Managing exit-interviews with HR and functional heads, feedbacks and appropriate corrective actions wherever required;
Standardization of Grades & Level - Streamlining Roles ;
Documentation of Job Description, KRAs & KPIs ;
Competencies - End to End Execution of Performance Review cycle Finalising Ratings / Promotions, Implementation of Promotions Policy, Communication, Analysis for decision making
HR automation - Implementation of HR MIS
Handling / conducting HR Audits ;
MIS & Reporting: Gather, collate, maintain & generate various reports like Zonal Performance report, Territory mapping Joining report, Exit report, Attrition analysis etc.
