Decisions related to Solution desging to have minimum risk to minimize the risk on the delivery, scope.
Custom Development of RICEW Components in R12, R12 Performance Improvement
Experience in mapping client s business requirements for implementation of Financial and SCM - GL, AP, AR, OM, PO, INV, ASCP etc.
Development / customization experience of application software including designing, coding, de-bugging, testing and production deployment
Facilitating Testing/UAT to ensure that business requirements functional specifications
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Project Manager with experience in delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud engagements
Minimum Experience of 10 years with 2 years of Fusion Cloud experience and overall, 7 years of Oracle / SAP ERP Experience.
Experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of the solutions, industry best practices and multiple business processes across functional areas of HCM, SCM and FIN.
Strong Client facing Skills - experience in leading Client Workshops for any type of engagement
Experience in Leading, monitoring and maintaining progress of project plans to ensure delivery of the key stages and goals within the agreed constraints of time, cost and quality.
Experience in managing customer expectations and be able to closely monitor for scope creep. Managing the agreed scope of the project to ensure that Change Requests are clearly called out, agreed and impacted against timeline.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experienced in Agile concepts of Project Delivery.
Travel to client sites as required
Assisting in pre-sales opportunities as and when required.
Experience in Budgeting, cost estimation, requirement gathering, Oracle Implementation
