Lead Technical Recruiters
The Lead Recruiter in Deegit Inc is the foundation and the lifeline of the business. He plays an indispensable role in the growth story of our organization. Job Description - Recruited consultants on W2, C2C positions with visa status like H1B, GC, Citizen, and EAD.
- Technically vetting candidates
- Focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches and research.
- Use Job boards like Dice, Monsters, Career Builder, LinkedIn and Etc.,
- Manage external vendor relationships, negotiate right to hire agreements and rates
- Drove the hiring process in a high - volume / time-sensitive environment, working directly with account managers for all area clients and managing candidates through the process to have them placed on assignments.
- Placed high-end technical professionals in the area of IT Industry in contract and full-time positions. Specialized in ongoing technologies
- Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking, job fairs, and other strategies.
- Responsible for checking references, negotiating terms and rates for each project, coordinating the interview process, extending offers, and closing candidates.
- Developed databases for client and candidates contact information.
- Dynamic teams lead with proven ability to lead team to success with unique Recruiting and sales strategies.
Requirements.- 5 to 7 years of Experience
- Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and Strong decision-making skills.
- Create and Maintain trackers and provide status updates to management on regular basis.
- Willing to work from (Hyderabad) office post pandemic
