Roles and Responsibilities :

Experience: 1 Year- 4 years (End to End Domestic IT Recruitment)
Excellent DOMESTIC IT Recruitment Experience.
Understand the requirement and client's needs and shortlist suitable Candidates based on technological skills.
Rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
Working on different Job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Linked In, etc.
Negotiate the rates/salary with the candidates.
Maintain regular reports and MIS.
Coordinate with the candidates for the interview timings and joining formalities.
Good learning skills.
Ready to join immediately for up to 15-20 days.
Excellent communication and verbal skills.

Do's and don'ts

Apply only experienced candidates - minimum 3 months+
working knowledge on Naukri and Monster
Female resources only Un-married can apply

Don'ts :

Do not apply for the HR Generalist role
Freshers don't apply
