Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing at an agency, technology or media company.
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong Google Ads knowledge and account optimization experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
- Proactive, independent worker with the demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and work well with others.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

As an Account Strategist, you will act as the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) representative for your respective set of clients and agencies. You will focus on strengthening long-term relationships with our top clients and drive scalable product adoption and business growth. We are focused on empowering the top set of agencies and clients with Google Ads advertising solutions, all toward the goal of driving business for our customers, our partners, and Google. Members of this team gain broad exposure to many Google products, clients, and agencies across various sectors in the country. We work towards identifying and implementing solutions that best suit the unique needs of our agency partners and top Google Customer Solutions customers.

Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Agency Development Manager (ADM) to consistently deliver against assigned quarterly goals on the book of business.
- Own and strengthen primary client relationships from executive C/B-level down to specific account/brand teams. Deliver strong partnerships with Brand Managers/Heads and Digital leads, through the tenure.
- Build compelling, data-driven, long-term client plans leveraging internal and third-party data. Synchronize agency plans with your pod and internal cross-functional teams to further develop Google's clients.
- Work with a defined book of clients to grow Google's share of business.
- Educate the clients/agencies on Google's advertising solutions. Analyze data, trends, and client performance develop solid strategic plans and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and consultative presentations.
