Party Reference Data Utility is responsible for timely and accurate completion of Client Reference data setup and maintenance across various LOBs
Key Responsibilities:
Role Description
. To Create and maintain Client Reference data in System
. Validate and diligently review documentation
. To maintain high accuracy level in tasks processed
. Ensure the procedural guidelines are followed without any misses.
. Proactively resolve open issues and escalations, keeping management in the loop
. Liaising and partnering with requestors / business partners as required.
. Data analysis / research and remediation function as per requirements.
. Maintain and produce MIS report as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
. University Graduate.
. 2 -5 years experience in financial services or related industries
. Excellent Client service and Communication Skills
. Flexible to shifts and to should be able to deliver as part of the team.
. Knowledge of MIS reporting/ advanced Excel a plus.
. Attention to detail and reasoning ability
