Job Title : Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Business Analyst responsible for creating KPI dashboards & supporting Ad Hoc
reporting needs for our Instant Ink program
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills a must
SQL skills required
Basic knowledge of any of the visualization tool - Power BI experience preferred
(others: Qlikview, Looker)
Understanding of basic concepts of stats and its application
Excellent communication skills
Project Management Skills
Process Skills:
Business performance reporting and analysisregular and adhoc
Derive business insights and story-behind-the-numbers and highlight the drivers
of business performance that is not directly visible from the numbers
Interaction with business tethers on a regular basis
Management of Excel/VBA based retailer compensation tool
Support on any ad-hoc business reporting needs
Behavioral Skills:
1) Strong analytical and problem solving skills
2) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualification:
3) 4 to 6 years of experience
4) Any Bachelors degree is mandatory, preferable to have MBA degree
