Job Description

Installation and configuration of Windows-based operating systems (Windows XP, Vista,7&8)
Software installations and troubleshooting of all types of customer-oriented field problems, network setting for TCP/IP and Internet setup.
Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware and software applications problems.
Should be responsible for handling first level complaints from the customer.
Should maintain call records of his daily servicing activities.
They should be very apt in computers & basic relevant software/ software installation, calibrate with system/ antivirus installation/ AMC Activities etc.
Regular data & mail backup of MS Outlook & other softwares.
Installation and configuring of wireless Data Cards in users laptops.
Provide Telephonic and/or electronic technical support to clients and colleagues.
Have to visit client site for troubleshooting & maintenance work
High customer centricity.
Should have willingness to travel.
