Job Description

As a senior developer, your main responsibility is for the production, modification and maintenance of websites, web applications and other digital projects. Equally important is mentoring junior developers to empower everyone on the team, and help increase the quality of our output. Were also interested in creating the best creative experiences we can, no matter the medium. An ideal candidate would thrive on stepping into the unknown, learning on the job and helping to execute the creative vision. Usually, this involves working closely with designers, to define an appropriate technical architecture for a given project. Youll also work closely with the developers to help implement and guide your architecture, in order to develop complex, interactive and database driven websites with the least technical debt. Some of the sites youll be working on will be integrated into a CMS, so youll work closely with the designers and developers to facilitate handover seamlessly into the chosen technology.
