Innominds is looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist who is responsible for running full-funnel campaigns on email or LinkedIn and other channels for generating MQL s from Inbound inquiries/prospects and managing marketing operations in HubSpot overall. A HubSpot or Marketing Automation specialist is required.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for running full funnel email campaigns across the entire prospect lifecycle
Accountable for increase in MQL s from Inbound conversions and building the marketing funnel
Manage the entire marketing operations process from HubSpot marketing automation platform
Own and Execute the Inbound campaign calendar
Plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns as a part of overall lead nurture process
Responsible for building and managing the overall database for marketing
Reporting, Tracking and Optimizing of overall marketing campaigns
Responsible for converting inbound prospects to leads through lead nurtures across multiple channels
Should be aware of social selling and lead generation through chatbots and other acquisition channels
Main Requirements
Bachelor s degree or relevant experience
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in campaign management or lead generation
Proven Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns for lead generation
Hands-on knowledge of working on leading Marketing Automation tools is preferred. HubSpot experience is a big plus
Understand best practices around email management, deliverability and measurement
Working knowledge of lead generation using LinkedIn and other social media channels
Process driven to manage overall marketing operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on tight deadlines and self-driven
