The Role
As an RPA team member, you are required to build the RPA solutions and maintain their operations on daily bases. Innovative and timely execution of development is must. Involve in decision making process of establishing a center of excellence in Atlas Copco. Be a catalyst in developing the RPA competency and adoption of RPA in engineering and associated processes in Atlas Copco.

What we expect of you
To be a part of a dynamic team who does following,

• To partner with SME from different teams/departments and identify the elements of the process to be automated.
• To evaluate the potential of the process. Suggest the change in the main process to increase the automation potential.
• To create a solution according to standard designing principles / conventions.
• Coding and scripting the solution using Uipath and any other relevant programming components.
• Communication with various stake holders of the process and organization.
• Building and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phase
• Supporting the development teams during the UAT and rollout phases.
• Supporting the existing processes and implementing the change requests as per change control process.
• Successfully manage the issues arises in day to day operation and development.
• Be a part of managing team of BOT infrastructure, being shared by entire company. Provide solutions for execution of different bots, reporting and charging their execution.

• Team/Department:
  • The RPA team is being expanded to promote and increase use of RPA in Atlas Copco. Apart from promotion the team is also involved in providing solutions for different automation requests come from different engineering teams/ departments.
  • Main purpose is the increase the reach of RPA in the organization and be recognized as the Center of Excellence.

• Skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in RPA technology
  • RPA development and implementation experience using Uipath
  • Experience with full SDLC
  • Experience with Scrum / Agile development methodologies.
  • Good communication skill
  • .NET, SQL, Java
  • Ability to interpret and visualize business process flows and translate the same into automation solution.
  • Good Team player
