The Client Experience team is responsible for understanding our clients journeys, measuring the experience end-to-end, and driving accountability to act. We are hiring a Project Manager to execute and oversee medium to large complex, multi-phased projects that enable best-in-class client experiences. Your clients are both internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strategic thinking and working cross-functionally to deliver outcomes through supporting teams. The Client Experience Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
Manage the development and execution of medium to large complex, multi-phased projects with external project dependencies, that include scoping, initiating, planning, executing, time & cost management, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. Also, experience in managing multiple projects at the same time.
Promote client satisfaction by ensuring project adheres to stakeholder specifications. Responsible for project completion within determined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
Display advanced, proven product/ industry knowledge & experience
Manage/resolve conflicting requirements / interests and escalate/raise alerts appropriately at right levels.
Develop/implement/update communication plans and efficiently & accurately conveys information between clients and staff involved in project activities.
Understands the risk and issues management process and techniques, including risk identification, quantification, and risk response Effectively manage tracking and communication of risks and mitigations/continency actions
Skills/experience with but not limited to:
Track record of successful project management for both external and internal projects.
Ability to develop and update Microsoft project plans. Strong knowledge of powerpoint
Exposure to Mainframe Infrastructure is desired. Should have knowledge on various Mainframe components and Tools and software upgrades
Experience in IT services and general technology understanding

Additional qualifications would include but not be limited to:
Desired: 5 - 8 years of project management experience in ITES
CAPM/PMP/PMI certification
Experienced in project management tools & agile methodologies
ITIL 4 foundation
