* Responsible for Purchases relating to Building Construction Activities throughout the region.
*Timely release of Purchase Orders& ensuring 100% availability of Sanctioned Budget.
*Responsible for Procuring of materials, equipment & services of goods of required quality with competitive price to ensure uninterrupted / timely supply to meet respective requirement.

*Responsible for saving through negotiation and alternate sourcing.
*Responsible for Vendor Creation and rationalization.
