* Manager - Capital Market & Corporate Finance
Job Purpose
'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.' Purpose of the job is to ensure organizational commitments made by LAS are met within the timelines leading to overall delivery of organizational objectives
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) - Track all projects for overview & review by the BH - Ensure that the data/ to be presented by BH is submitted on time and is accurate for further representation or decision making or consideration - Support in working on key projects by managing the project trackers updates and status on on-going basis. - To do research and build presentations in specific areas - To work within departments to coordinate projects info sharing and important meetings - To provide daily business and other department updates to BH by coordinating with the teams - To build on ideas and guidance given - To help prioritize key actionables lined up for delivery - To ensure data received from different departments talk to each other - To help developing and tracking of various business projects 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) - Availability & accuracy of data 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) - No major decisions executed at the level 6. INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work - All Department heads and all Project leads along with project executors - Executive Assistants to other leaders in the organization and other sister organizations - Internal team members External Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work - Vendors / Partners for specific projects - Clients 7. Required Qualifications and Experience
* Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications Masters qualification, MBA preferred b) Work Experience . Minimum 2-3 years . Preferred from BFSI / Branch banking / Priority Banking in digital product development and drive role . Should have experience in handling support functions . Should be extremely agile to work in competitive environment. . Should have meticulous approach to business and support management
