Qualification/ Experience: Chartered Accountant and B.Com. with 6-8 years of Post- Qualification Experience
Job Description:
Financial Statements: Preparation & Finalization of Standalone Balance sheets - Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly, & annually as per IGAAP and IND AS.
Direct & Indirect taxations: Handling of all direct and indirection matters covers, Filing of Income tax returns, Computation thereof, Liasioning with Income tax department, Reply to show case notices at I.Tax department, Filing of Income Tax Appeal, Filing of TDS returns, GST returns, Income tax returns, Tax audits-Form 3CD, Transfer pricing- 3CEB, etc.
Audits: Handling of Limited Reviews Quarterly basis, Statutory Audit, Tax audit, Internal Audit, , Group audit etc. Coordination with Big-4 for the closure of Audits.
Working Capital and Fund Management: Preparation of monthly and future cash flow statement for monitoring working capital requirements. Preparation of Proposed Utilization of funds for payment of various expenditure, capex etc.
Day to Day operational working: Handling daily finance related workings eg. revenue recognitions, expenses entries, reconciliations of banks, lenders reconciliations, payable & receivable, loan statements, coordination with the lenders, bankers, arrangement of consortium meetings etc.
