Job Description


We need a leader that can bring together all the moving pieces of marketing that is not performance (digital based). They need to be someone who has experienced and managed brand, creative, ux/ui & think about everything with a strong data lens.

It is important to recognize that marketing voice and visual cue is heavily founder inspired and you need to have experience managing that relationship. The company is a challenging tightrope between many under-developed areas of marketing and some exceptionally detailed thinking around.

Why do we need this role

We need someone to own brand, communications, content & visual experience across the company. We need a consistent voice across our business and a data driven way to drive omni channel customer acquisition. This role is also directly responsible for all content the company produces and content marketing strategies.

The leader needs to have a data driven approach to managing integrated strategies such as popup retail, boots on the ground and omni channel marketing.

They will be in charge of spearheading all Customer Acquisition Activity for Engineer.ai in India and Asia Pacific region. They will be overseeing event strategy and execution in India and will manage a team of 6+ direct reports. They will work closely with the Director of Global Marketing, Brand and Experiences and report initially to the Managing Director.

Key areas for this position will be primarily related to customer acquisition with an involvement in brand communication, product localization, gorilla marketing, digital marketing, channel partnerships & corporate communication. Travel will be required.

6 Month OKRs:

  1. Build a Robust Marketing Organization in India with extensions in the Asia Pacific & Middle East region
  2. Develop a Marketing Strategy for Builder in India to get to 500 Customers within 6 months.
  3. Develop a GTM Strategy for CloudOps for our Wallet and UBS platform.
  4. Customize and localize the Brand for operating markets so that it remains meaningful for all brackets of potential customers.
  5. Localize Product Offering and Pricing
  6. Develop Go-to Market Partnerships
Requirements
  • Direct experience in Digital and Traditional Customer Acquisition
  • Managed a Digital Marketing Team & Process
  • Experience with TV Campaigns & Media buying
  • Abundant Creative and Strategic Planning Experience
    • Customer Personas
    • Competition Mapping
    • Content Strategy Management
  • Optional Marketing Automation Experience
    • HubSpot
  • Robust experience using an analytics package
    • Advanced Experience in Google Analytics *funnels, goals, virtual pages*
