Sr. Analyst- Content Writer @ Indihire

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities - Collaborate with subject matter specialists within the firm to build strong and cohesive content for publishing (case studies, articles, short format POVs - Advisory 5x5 strategy, etc.) while also supporting additional research pre- and post interviews as necessary
- Assist the Innovation team with the production and distribution of key content for the web, social media platforms, internal platforms and communications
- Assist with the analysis of existing content across platforms and be able to strategically recast, reuse, and republish to build fresh articles, LinkedIn long form posts etc. based on key themes as necessary. (For example: take an existing article and recast it into a LinkedIn post or shorten it into a series of unique articles, which may require additional research or interviews with subject matter specialists)
- Review long-form content for grammar, punctuation, readability, flow, and style copyedit reports to correct errors and improve readability
- Review, edit and publish client stories
- Build and publish content using the above on websites and social media platforms
- Provide support in developing and driving effective metrics to measure the impact of communications delivered
Requirement:
Graduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or English preferred
3-6 years of relevant work experience in developing content for online platforms, multiple channels of communications
Strong listening and analytical skills
Aptitude for storytelling, both for written communication and visual communication
Good command over the language, strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an emphasis on quickly developing high quality content for use in online communications
Good project management and stakeholder management skill
