Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical Execution
- Preparation of financial model, undertaking peer group analysis, assessing appropriateness of the model prepared vis--vis industry standards, selection of suitable valuation model, setting assumptions for the valuation, deriving the final valuation and preparation of valuation report.
- Analysis of the financial statements of various companies.
- Demonstrate adherence to Firm policies and procedures in conducting engagement-related responsibilities.
- Demonstrated evidence of identifying client technical issues and providing insights on causal factors.
- Should work effectively with moderate supervision.
- Demonstrate ability to successfully write core technical components of client deliverables (e.g., report sections).
Client Specific Roles
- Understands and responds to Client needs.
- Completes file notes of conversations with clients and passes to engagement managers where appropriate.
- Reads recent articles in industry publications and discusses relevant topics with engagement manager.
Team Specific Roles
- Maintains relationships with peer group in other service lines within the function.
Suggests improvements to internal procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent Communication skills
- Acceptable Technical skills
- Self-driven and Highly motivated
- Candidate having International taxation FEMA experience will be added advantage
Required Background :
- At least 2 - 5 years of experience in Valuation
- Chartered Accountant
- Strong communication skills and experience in client relationship management
- Finance fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills
- Mumbai based candidates only.
