Market Job Description
enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Technology, Operations, Risk, Audit, Process Excellence, Automation and Product, Analytics and Modeling. We are operating in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai locations.
Department Overview
RMEO is the central point of contact between application business owners and the various risk disciplines that make up the Risk Management Framework within Wells Fargo.
About the role
This position will use established procedures and develop new ones to complete standardized Risk Management processes within EFASS (Enterprise Finance Applications Strategy) with a focus on continuous process improvement. The role will interact with leaders across the group and gain an understanding of the various application we manage.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with application business owners on quarterly and annual risk attestations and certifications.Provide follow-up and report results to EFASS leaders.
  • Collaborate with US team members to develop and document new processes supporting EFASS risk deliverables.
  • Responsible for tasks within assigned risk management discipline(s). Liaise with risk and EFASS team members to effectively and efficiently complete required documentation and exercises by the published due date.
  • Direct and administer risk activities within the broader team. Assign work, due dates and provide constructive feedback to EFASS partners.
  • Manage and maintain documentation library. Responsible for version control and access management.
  • Manage group RMEO calendar, facilitate meetings and keep team abreast of upcoming risk deliverables.
  • Coordinate meetings and provide thorough minutes to stakeholders.
  • Partner with risk governance and enterprise finance group on specific risk disciplines including but not limited to Model Risk, EUCT, BCP, BPM, COSO, Issues and Corrective Actions.
  • Improve team's performance metrics focusing on continuous process improvement. Present metrics in monthly performance meetings.

Essential Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, reporting, accounting or risk management
  • Advanced Excel skills required include proficiency with nested formulas, data tables and pivot tables
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, Microsoft word, OneNote skills.
  • Strong attention to detail but able to understand the big picture.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Finance acumen with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to team members outside of finance and align business processes to risk management programs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Problem solver, inquisitive and resourceful
  • Strong administrative and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Relational Database Models and SQL Syntax is helpful
  • Experience with Documentum, SharePoint, IRISWeb or Essbase a plus.
  • Familiarity with Wells Fargo internal applications and risk platforms is helpful.
  • Business System Support experience a plus.
