We are looking forProtein Science -gene expression (in mammalian hosts) and protein purification studies using FPLC systemsprofessional for leading R&D Center at Bangalore.

Department: Protein Science & Molecular Technologies.

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Purpose

To be part of the Gene Expression & Protein Biochemistry group

Key Responsibilities:

Performing gene expression (in mammalian hosts) and protein purification studies using FPLC systems

Educational Qualification:

MSc with 2 -6 years relevant experience

Technical/functional Skills:

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following

o Transient and stable expression of protein in mammalian hosts

o Experience with Bioreactors

o Purification of proteins using FPLC systems

Knowledge of proteins sequence, structure, function

Experience:

2-4 years of experience with MSc/ M.Tech/ B.Tech degree

Behavioral Skills:

Team player; Collaboration; Commitment; Extensive reading and presentation skills.
