Job Title/Designation: On-site Residential Network Support Engineer - Nagapattinam, Arakkonam, Ooty & Villupuram
Job Description:
a) Support hands-on with monitoring of BSNL TNSWAN network and ensure video conference system availability and reliability to conduct video conference meeting
b) To book complaint with BSNL if TNSWAN network is down and pursue with BSNL to make the network up as soon as possible
c) To co-ordinate with mentor helpdesk team whenever if any network failure / video conferening equipment not working and raise ticket and pursue with them to resolve hardware issue as soon as possible
a) To provide after sale support to the clients by undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining existing video conference system / network hardware.
b) Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
c) Upgrade, install and troubleshoot networks, networking hardware devices & software and video conference.
a) Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues by analysing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password.
"b) Perform troubleshoot and resolve different problem and evaluate LAN and WAN functionality to administer all shortcomings.
a) Whenever a video conference meeting scheduled, Do check the hardware, VC Device & BSNL network well in advance and conduct a trail meeting with in remote site and ensure video conference experience is smooth and department official should be satisfied
Candidate Profile:
Good communication skills in both English & Tamil.
Working knowledge with computer/laptop/LAN/WAN networking can be preferred.
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Age Limit: 19-25.
Annual CTC: Rupees 1,50,000 to 2,25,000
