Key Responsibilities:

• Production scheduling and monitoring
• Productivity Improvements
• Production Reporting & MIS
• Ensuring the availability of Tools by coordinating & follow-up with the Tool Maintenance / New Tools Departments
• Manpower allocation and people development
• Implementing and monitoring the quality systems(TS and EMS) in production department
• Maintaining the 5S and Safety in the department
• Driving Improvement activities in the department
• Managing Secondary operations
• Inter-department coordination to ensure OTD in Stamping department
