Job Description :
.Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support to sales team, channel partners and their customers adopting, converting to, optimizing and troubleshooting chromatography products, may not be limiting to any market.
. Supporting India Sales Team with respect to method development & technical guidance related to chromatographic products, under CCS divison for pharmaceutical, biopharmaceuticals and vertical markets.
. Responsible for method development activities for all chromatography products, under CCS division.
. Strong understanding/Knowledge/handling of analytical chromatographic instruments.
. Being, integral part of CoE lab, involves in every day-to-day lab activities and Lab upkeep.
. Conducts training\Demo for chromatographic products within India, involves in workshop/customer visit/seminars at CoE lab & at Customer site.
. Provides/disseminates effective technical information to assist sales team/channel partners/customers in identifying correct product and optimizing applications.
. Involves in new product development evaluations, if required.
. Online Tech support & be an integral part of CCS product complaints handling & trouble shootings.
. Responsible to generate technically reviewed Application notes & contributes to upload data/reports to the global Tech tools (AppsLab).
. Gathers competitive information and keeps a close eye on technology trends and scientific literature & cascades to the sales force team.
.Willingness to travel (may be 25% to 50% of the time/month), though sometimes within short notice.
