Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE:
To facilitate and enable an efficient, scalable delivery model and operations of Better Life Farming.
Define / enhance processes and systems for scale and ensure seamless operations across various geographies.
To ensure the teams are performing as per the set SOPs and achieving the required metrics
Alignment oh KPIs with Government livelihood missions (Aspirational districts), Atal Innovation Mission (NITI Aayog).
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and own business metrics and processes, define appropriate operational metrics aligned with business goals.
- Define processes for measuring, tracking, and driving continuous improvement of metrics
- Review SOPs, processes, and tools to ensure timely course correction leading to a positive impact on team performance
- Implementation of best practices to ensure process improvements are entrenched throughout the operations
- Provide frequent updates to the Senior leadership on the project status and the overall benefit to the business
- Assisting in solving high level complex problems resulting in breakthrough levels of performance improvement
- Design automated communication/dashboards to ensure all stakeholders are apprised of the progress of the Better Life farming operations
- Define and maintain processes to ensure operations and governance documentation, reports and plans. Create and define governance framework and templates.
- Lead time-to-time lead adhoc projects that helps improve the overall operational efficiencies.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Masters degree in marketing or business administration
- Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think beyond the box
- Candidates with Minimum of 4-5 years experience of working in startups (Last mile delivery models) would be preferred.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to relate well with people at different levels of authority and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
