Job Description

Post : BRANCH HEAD

Designation : ABM / BM

Job Location : KANPUR, GAZIABAD & NAJIBABAD

Required Candidate profile:-

For BM :-

# Retired banker from Nationalised / Grameen / Co-operative Banks
# Scale II & above grade.
# Age upto 62 years.

For ABM:-

# Minimum 5 years of experience in Banks or any Finance companies (Not from Insurance sector).
# At present working in managerial grade.
# Age must be above 30 years.

# Male only.

Job description:-

> Allotted target achievement of the branch.
> New customer acquisition and attending all product inquiries through normal branch walkins, sales activities, marketing promotions etc.
> Regular follow up for interest collection and NPA reduction.
> Responsible for regular branch operations gold appraisal, strong room operations, making gold packets, closures, renewals etc.
> Cross selling of all products and increase in walk-in of the branch.
> Error-free audit reports and proper compliance being followed at the branch.
> Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of Muthoot Group.
> Cost control.
> Others, as instructed by higher authority.
