The Muthoot Finance Ltd is looking for graduate female candidates for the CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE post.

Job Location : LUCKNOW, NAJIBABAD, SITAPUR, GULAOTHI, PURANPUR

Responsibilities :-

> In branch customer handling.

> Answering in coming calls.

> Follow up calls to the prospective customers.

> Keeping records of customers interactions and details of them.

> Visiting prospective customers for new business.

> Responsible for new customer acquisition.

Eligibility Criteria :-

• Must be Bachelor qualified.
• Good communications skills in local language.
• Ability to listen and provide quick services.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Age upto 28 years.
