*Experience*:Graduate/personal Secretaryship course preferable with 7-10 years of which minimum 5 years in a senior managerial capacity.

Job Purpose:
To ensure that all administrative related activities and secretarial duties are carried out in a timely manner and that all business correspondences are well articulated and managed. To support the existing team on assigned tasks from time to time.
Work Relations:
Internal Interface: Leadership team, Advisory committee, Board members, internal stakeholders across locations where the organization has its business.
External Interface: External Audit Teams, Prospective clients and vendors, Business counterparts.
Critical Accountabilities:
- Managing the day to day correspondence of the MD's office.
- Handling the calls and front desk management.
- Visitor Management: Polite and cordial communication with all visitors and manage their appointment meticulously.
- Sensitivity to confidential matters would be a necessity.
- Travel Management: Manage the entire cycle of the travel plans of the CMD and ensure
- proper communication protocols are followed in case of any modifications in the travel plan.
- Ensure proper channels of communication are followed.
- Manage the logistics of essential correspondences/complimentary articles to and from the CMDs office.
- Document management: categorizing and filing of all paperwork.
- Excellent Communication skills and present-ability of self.
Critical Knowledge areas:
- Professional fluency in English. Knowledge of vernacular languages would be an asset.
- Digital know-how: Setting up of virtual meetings, Calendar alignments, basic troubleshooting techniques during virtual calls/meetings, and back end ERP management.
- Computer literacy: Basic skills in MS Outlook, word, Power-point, excel.
- Typing/Shorthand.
