We are looking for an Education Specialist (Fellow) who have experience in Education Industry.

Education: Graduation Mandatory
Location: Bangalore (HRBR Layout)
Job Description :
Conduct program implementation training with school leaders, teachers and parents
Collect assessment data from schools
Follow up at regular intervals with the stakeholders of the school and provide additional support when required
Engage with schools throughout the year and provide ongoing support to the school leader through direct intervention (training, planning, etc.) or by connecting the school with solution providers that address the needs
Lead product/program presentations or demonstrations and capture customer feedback.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with both schools and education partners
Undertake regular documentation and reporting
Monitor and support implementation of programs in schools
About the Job :
Fits any of the following profiles:
o Teacher with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in affordable private schools or
o Graduate with a few years experience in the education sector
Understands and is fluent in the local language
Adds value to our understanding of Indias educational landscape
Leads a variety of tasks; being organised and well-planned is crucial
Has experience in managing stakeholders and collaborating with teachers and school administration
Demonstrates effective communication and coordination skills not just with the stakeholders in schools, but also with the employees in the company
Interacts effectively with a variety of individuals including colleagues, school leaders, teachers, parents, students, the greater beyond loans team, and solution providers
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills who enjoys interacting with people
Is proactive and innovative, as this is a fairly young program with many challenges, take initiatives with an open mind and be self-driven as most of the work is remote until things open up
Is willing to travel across the state allocated
This is a one-year contract position with scope for the contract to be renewed at the end of the year.
