Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Candidates with technical qualifications/courses/certification in telecommunication.
  • Have past experience/internship at any telecom and ancillary companies
  • Having worked for L2 or L3 network teams with basic understanding of cellular network architecture.
  • Knowledge on cellular core is an advantage.
  • Understand Radio Frequency (RF) principles, Cellular concepts and channels.
  • Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
  • Technically sound
  • Knowledge on ITIL and ticketing tools.

Location : Malad West, Mumbai


Transport facility will be provided to the candidates within the transport boundaries.
