Responsibilities:
- Day to day finance operations, execute month end closing process in US GAAP, Local GAAP (Ind AS)
- Quarterly Income attribution billing
- Coordination for intercompany expense allocations for all FO entities (cost sharing from JPMIPL, corporate center billing, profession charges etc.)
- Standalone regulatory reporting to Exchanges and Reserve Bank of India on Half Yearly/ Annual basis
- Preparation of Board decks
- Preparation of Annual Financials and coordination for Statutory Audit
- Regulatory Inspections
- General Ledger Reconciliation and Substantiation
- US Standalone Reporting
- Other items
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A degree in accounting or finance related discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting/finance role
- A recognized professional accounting qualification
- Knowledge on accounting standards, audit procedures etc.
- Mature, independent, self-motivated, conscientious, able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Project Management Skills
- Positive attitude and a good team player
