Description
One stop shop for account closures along with deletion of all its billed TS products avoiding client billing issues. Product/Account maintenance for all client segments related to the TS cash management product families. A daily review (internal audit) of all completed requests is performed to ensure Implementation Support has performed correct risk authentication process. Additionally, money movement performed while account closures is also reviewed.
The primary responsibility of this position is to support Implementations & Client Onboarding for WHEM. The candidate will report to a Process Manager. The role involves Maintenance, addition/deletion of Products and Services and Account Closure for our Global clients.
Key Responsibilities would include: -
  • Receive treasury service maintenance and account closing requests
  • Process maintenance requests in modifying or deleting products/services/accounts for Treasury Services clients
  • Act as central point of contact and coordinate with partners within the firm (i.e., Service, Operations and Sales) to ensure completion of implementation and documentation requests within agreed upon timeframes
  • Ensures delivery of maintenance and account closing activity to be completed within established service level agreements
  • Process requests efficiently to maintain a current portfolio and ensure aged items are escalated appropriately
  • Work closely with Service, Operations and other Implementation Support team members
  • Respond to internal queries from Service/Operational partners
  • Prepare ad-hoc and other ongoing reports.
  • Update changes to client information on the Global applications used by function.
  • All requests assigned need to be processed by the TAT and 100% accuracy

Qualifications
  • Experience in back-office operations
  • Graduate with good communication skills
  • Good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally or externally and at all levels and should be a team player
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate
  • An acute client focus
  • Strong PC and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
