Job Description

Manpower Planning, Resource Management & Headhunting

To study manpower Section/ Machine/ Department wise and analyze gap between Standard Vs Actual manpower as on date on quarterly basis.
Attracting talent through job portals, newspaper advertisements, employee referral scheme, placement agencies, campus interview and headhunting etc, to optimize recruitment cost
Monthly updating of Organization Chart.
Maintain & Update the Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS report, HR files and employee information in HRIS (HR Software).
Plan and conduct induction program for new joiners in order to foster positive image of the organization.
Complete the joining formalities i.e. collect the required documents, creation of login id for attendance /outlook express/Biometric system.
To conduct Antecedent Verification, of new employee as & when required.

Time Office & Payroll Processing:

Knowledge of Time Office activities i.e. Attendance, LMS, OD & Shift Schedule etc.
Salary and Wages administration, Payroll Processing which includes Checking of Work Days, Leaves, Overtime, Salary Advance & other deductions.
Preparing reports like Manpower Cost reports, Overtime & Late coming reports, Absenteeism Reports.
Coordinate & manage the Full & Final Settlement with the help of finance division and sending circular to other departments at the time of relieving of an employee. Also prepare quarterly Employee Turnover Report.
Exit interview & Employee counseling at the time of exit in order to foster positive image of the organization.

Statutory Compliance & IR:

Maintenance of all statutory records under PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Payment of Wages and Factories Act.
Preparing ESIC & EPF Challan
Filing Annual, Half Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly return under various act like PF Return, ESIC Return, Return under Factory Act, Return under Contract Labor Act etc.
Liaoning with Govt. officials like Labor Officer, ALC, DLC, Chief Inspector of Factories and maintaining harmonious relations with Govt. Bodies.
To make sound, smooth and harmonious industrial relations.
To set up sound information network in plant and maintain harmonious relationship between employee and employer.
Issuing Warning letters, Show Cause Notices and conducting domestic Enquiries.
Effective Grievances handling, settlement of dispute, departmental enquiries to their logical end, handling disciplinary action.
Tracking of all Legal Cases & Co-ordination with Advocates in preparing various documents related to legal cases.

Contractor Labor Management:

Manage Contractors (Manpower Supply Contractor, Housekeeping, and Security) manpower in terms of recruitments of workers, daily attendance, and deputation of workers at shop floor and maintain discipline.
Ensure 100% compliance of Contractors Statutory Records maintained at our site.
Checking of timely submission of PF, ESIC, and Service Tax by contractors and processing of monthly Bills after verification of Daily manpower supply sheet.
Monthly Bills processing of Electricity & Water, Asset Maintenance, Employee Welfare, Courier & other service providers.


Welfare Management:

Welfare: Maintaining & handling various facilities like Canteen, rest rooms, first-aid appliances, washing facilities, facilities for sitting etc.
Fire and safety: Handling and maintaining fire drills and trainings (internal and external) etc.
Handling Compliances
Motivating workmen for Kaizen and maintaining 5"S at workplace.
Coordinating committee meetings like Grievance Committee, Works Committee and Canteen Committee.
Arrangements for drinking water dispensary
Health services
Uniform and protective clothing
Shifts allowance
General Administration & Employee Engagement:
Participate in Quality Circle meeting
Canteen Management

Training & Development:

Training Needs Identification through process of performance appraisal, Skill matrix, Competency Mapping & Task Analysis for new joined Candidate.
Formulation of training calendar with taking base Training Need Identification & Company new objectives targets & projects
Implementation of above training calendar with Proper Training manual, procedure, skills & Methodology.
Evaluation / Feedback regarding quality and content of training Programs.
Measuring Effectiveness of Training program immediate by test/aptitude and after 3 months of training imparted through on the job observation by superior.
