Job Description -
Responsible for reviewing final accounts for various clients in UK & Ireland
Manage the team, work allocation, training members, improve team efficiency and performance and maintain a good working environment in the team.
Would be Handling UK Accounts of various SME clients simultaneously.
Review of monthly management accounts (Bank reconciliation, Debtors & Creditors reconciliation, Prepayment & Accrual, Depreciation, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet with workings)
Responsible for client communication & negotiation.
Budget & quote preparation for various jobs.
Responsible for preparing various weekly & monthly job related reports for Client
Preparing various monthly, half yearly or yearly MIS reports for Management
Responsible for timely team performance review, performance evaluation & appraisal
Required Skill
Commerce Graduate /PG /MBA with 3+ years experience in accounts preparation with finalization knowledge.
Strong team handling experience
Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal).
Advanced MS Office (Excel) knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure and handle & motivate team.
Candidate pursuing CA Inter or CA Final is not preferred.
