Job Description
- Develop new products and new features and improve the existing features consistently from the upstream process to the actual development
- Help engineers to write high-performing and maintainable code
- Develop reusable components.
- Understanding business goals and drive actions proactively to hit the goals.
- Deliver best practices and encourage mutual communication.

Interaction:
- Primary responsibility and influence is their immediate team. Provide leadership and mentorship to individual contributors on their team.
- Interfaces with other functional teams on behalf of team projects.
- Interacts with other managers on a regular basis, primarily in their organization.
Managing People and Teams:
- Provides career and performance development with IC level employees to motivate autonomy and mastery to unleash potential.
- Begins to influence, motivate and coach their team to perform at their greatest potential.
- Sets detailed direction with the team and executes against that direction.
- Coordinates the daily activities of their team.
Skills:
- Expertise of programing development with efficient and maintainable coding
- Ability to adjust and apply their programming skills to services and develop
- Basic communication skills to develop with a team
- Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to focus and solve the problems, researching thoroughly what is unclear.
- Ability to set an individual goal and proactively find and complete what needs to be done
- Experience in programming highly scalable systems and improving/problem solving when required.
- Understanding of applying advanced oriented design and development principles
- Experience in applying software design patterns
- Developing essential management skills- performance management, setting and aligning goals, team building, and career development.
- Execution: Resource planning and ability to manage projects to achieve organizational goals.
- Coordinates multiple activities against stated priorities.
Supervision:
- Requires tactical direction against established goals and strategic objectives.
- Requires regular tactical feedback and guidance.
- Requires regular feedback and guidance on management essentials.
Basic Qualification:
- More than 3 years experience in management and overall experience of 8+ years
- A degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Payments Switch is desirable.
