Roles and Responsibilities
- Essential Activities :
- 1) Time-stamping of transactions (including BOD and EOD signoff).
- 2) Reporting of High Value transactions to H.O. for utilization of funds in real time basis.
- 3) Receiving Transactions on fax from Corporate Investors and callback for confirmation.
- 4) Arranging deposit of instruments with local designated branches of various banks.
- 5) Communicating receipt of credit to Corporate Investors, post intimation from Banking team, H.O.
- 6) Liasing with Corporate Investors, HNI and Distributors and verification of Corporate Documents.
- 7) Safekeeping of important internal and audit related documents.
- 8) Dispatch and Coordination with local CAMS office.
- 9) Reconciliation with Daily Transaction Report from CAMS (DTR).
- 10) Handling walk-in Customer/Distributor queries/communication.
- 11) Collating and Dispatch of Documents pertaining to Distributor for Empanelment to H.O and Distributor Empanelment Co-ordination with H.O
- 12) Generation and Dispatch of Statement of Account (SoA) on demand and at periodic intervals (Quarterly/Half Yearly) for Corporate Investors.
- Adhoc activities
- 1) Receiving NFO Applications, Reporting to H.O and forwarding physical applications to CAMS.
- 2) Co-ordination for Audit and responding to Audit queries.
- 3) Training to new staff at spoke locations.
- 4) Special activity based outbound calls.
