Experience - 4+ years (Relevant)

Roles and Responsibilities -

Primary Skill - QA Testing-Functional-ERP/CRM-Salesforce

NOTE: We need Salesforce tester + Performance tester (mandate)

Preparation of test plan and execution -

Developing Automated Functional, System, Regression Test packs for Salesforce Application-

Preparation of Test scripts and bug fixing -

Works with Scrum Team and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making. -

Resolves team blockers/impediments to maximise team performance. -

Facilitates ceremonies / scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

Skills: - Proven Automation script preparation in Salesforce/CRM projects -

Experience in Test plan execution -

Excellent knowledge of Business work flow of Salesforce/CRM applications -

Good understanding of agile practices -

4+ Years experience in Tester role. -

Excellent written and spoken communication, facilitation skills
